The LBR Professional Development Project offers English diploma, teaching courses and vocational training programmes to youth in the Hatton District of the Central Province.

Students obtain high standard of English proficiency enabling them to secure gainful employment outside of the low wage estate sector. Through a series of practical programmes this project helps to give back to the community via its students. Thereby, highlighting the importance of community service among youth who are agents of change and social transformation within their communities.
